Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti
An Italian favorite of breaded chicken breasts layered with provolone cheese and homemade marinara. * Family Favorite

Chicken Enchilada in Mole Sauce
Moist pieces of chicken wrapped in a fried tortilla and layered in a casserole with homemade mole sauce and Monterey and jack cheeses. Served with Spanish rice *FF

Chicken with apples and cranberries
Breast of chicken seasoned and sautéed and finished with a brandy sauce, fresh cranberries and apples. Brown rice served as a side. *FF

Beef Burgundy *FF
Rich beef stew simmered with red wine, onions, carrots and mushrooms. Served with potatoes or egg noodles.

Beef brisket with mashed potatoes and gravy *FF

Homemade meatballs with red sauce for spaghetti or meatball subs *FF

Pot Roast Pasta "Stracotto"
Beef pot roast that has been braised in a mixture of red wine, broth and vegetables. It is then shredded and served over whole grain penne pasta. A loaf of crusty bread and green salad finished this amazing meal. *FF

Chicken and Black beans
A hint of Morocco in a satisfying and tasty dish served with steamed brown rice

Italian chicken bundles
Individual servings of Italian chicken, ricotta and spinach stuffing wrapped in a wonton, baked and served with homemade marinara. A green salad completes this easy and delicious entree.

Chicken Curry
Small pieces of chicken simmered in a perfectly spiced curry sauce with raisins and chutney. Served with jasmine rice and all the traditional curry condiments (toasted coconut, chopped peanuts and extra chutney)

Kung Pao chicken with broccoli
Tender pieces of stir-fry chicken and fresh broccoli seasoned with dried chilis and oriental sauce. Served with jasmine rice.

Chicken lasagna
A twist on the classic casserole using white meat chicken, a white sauce and chopped spinach.

Santa Fe chicken casserole
Cornbread stuffing layered with a spicy chicken mixture and cheese. A hit with the children.

Oven roasted fresh turkey breast
Served with mashed potatoes and gravy. Plenty left for sandwiches of course!

Lasagna *FF
Layered with noodles, ground beef, sauce and a ricotta Parmesan blend. Italian sausage can also be used in addition to, or instead of ground beef.

Beef Pot Pie
Tender, glazed beef with fresh green beans, carrots and potatoes served in a savory, tangy sauce under a flaky pie crust

Marinated Flank steak
Served with twice baked potatoes and steamed broccoli

Pork Tenderloin
Pan seared then finished in the oven, served with a pear and ginger sauce. Rice and carrots are a fabulous side to this meal.

Roasted butternut squash layered with caramelized onions, hazelnuts and a white sauce with Parmesan and mozzarella

Pasta with sautéed fresh vegetables (seasonal)

Corn meal crusted eggplant
Prepared Parmesan style served with roasted asparagus.
